Thanks to
transfixeddream's excellent tutorial on creating animated gifs using Photoshop, I created my first one:

I am SO EXCITED about this, it is ridiculous.
In other news, work has calmed down slightly and I look forward to returning to my flist and catching up on some reading.
Other updates:
I saw Mat Kearney in concert last week and loved it. He has such a beautiful voice, which unfortunately was overwhelmed at times by bad sound engineering (TOO MUCH BASS!).
Matt Bomer came out and then I read an article in Entertainment Weekly about him and Joe Manganiello being college friends and now starring with Channing Tatum in that male stripper movie based on Tatum's past. So ... um... SLASH OPPORTUNITY HERE, PEOPLE!
I'm headed to the LA Con next week, but this one is more about seeing friends than experiencing the convention. I only bought a GA ticket and apart from a Richard & Matt meet and greet, won't be doing anything extra. Maybe I'll get out of the hotel and actually see something of Burbank or LA. Oh, wait! I just looked it up and there are two outdoor pools. I won't be going anywhere. :D
I hope I'll be seeing some of you there.
