merlinrpf minibang. Built the image in Adobe Lightroom and exported it as a PDF. In Adobe Acrobat I saved it as a JPEG and then imported it into Adobe InDesign, which allowed me to add the page turn transition. Most difficult? Trying to find a program that would allow me to (easily) animate opening a greeting card. Couldn't find one.
