Is this a day we should be celebrating?

I had a lovely long weekend in Toronto visiting with friends and the travel snafu at the end of my trip gave me an extra day there, so I can't complain. We took hikes, went horseback riding, and ate and drank way too much. I didn't have a ticket to the Con, but I did go to karaoke, which was fun. I also got to watch the Seahawks/Cowboys game with a Cowboys fan. Oh, joy. At least she was as surprised as I was at the final score.

Living in Northern California, I don't get to see much fall foliage, so the woods in Toronto were a delight to the eyes.

P.S. I saw Richard and Rob in the customs/immigration line at the Toronto airport. I just smiled and nodded and didn't bug them. It was way too early in the morning to go all fangirl on them. :D
