Many random thoughts & a fic rec
Jul. 23rd, 2012 08:14 pm1. I watched How to Train Your Dragon a few nights ago and LOVED it. It may have been because the entire time I was translating Hiccup = Jared and Toothless = Jensen and it made me love the characters even more.
2. Did I mention that I had a 3 1/2 hour long phone conversation with a friend who returned to Haiti with Random Acts this year and my instincts to not travel with that group again were confirmed? The trip sounded great -- more challenging, better organized and led, and Colin Ferguson was apparently the coolest person ever. The fangirl craziness continued, though. :( I'll go back again like I did last November, but not with RA -- unless they can somehow screen for crazies.
